Roster Submission — Lamplighter Series 2026

Team Managers: please submit your official roster here so we can prepare programs, medals and swag. Have ready:

Your player list with jersey numbers (you can paste rows straight from a spreadsheet into the table below)
Your coaching staff names
Your team logo as a PNG, JPG or SVG file

7Participating Team Agreement

By submitting this roster, your team agrees that:

• The Glenlake Minor Hockey Code of Conduct applies to your players, staff, parents and spectators at every arena and hotel for the duration of the tournament.

• Serious misconduct at the rink or at a hotel may result in individuals, the team, or your association being barred from future Lamplighter Series tournaments.

• Entry fees are non-refundable after Lamplighter’s refund cutoff for your tournament — October 12, 2026 for tournaments November 16–29, and November 9, 2026 for all others — including if your team withdraws.

• Hotel blocks may carry no-refund rules once booked; you are responsible for knowing the rules of any block your families use.

• The roster above is accurate and matches your official Hockey Alberta / Hockey Canada registration.

• Your team name, logo, coaching staff, and each player's name and jersey number will be shown on the public tournament page and tournament handbook on lamplighterserieshockey.ca. No contact details are published.
