Every team in a Lamplighter tournament joins our TeamLinkt league. Each team does this itself. It’s one code, five clicks, done once by your Team Manager on a computer.

Three quick checks.
1. You’re the Team Manager
Or another TeamLinkt admin for your team. Only an admin can join a league.
2. You’re on a computer
Web browser, not the phone app. Join League isn’t in the app.
3. Your team is already in TeamLinkt
Hockey Calgary teams already are. Out-of-town team? Set it up first.
How to join
Five steps
Once per team. You’re then in for every Lamplighter tournament this season.
- Go to app.teamlinkt.com and sign in.
Same email and password you use for the TeamLinkt app.
- Click your team.
- Click Settings, then Join League.
- Type the code and click Save.
axZDjxZhCapital letters matter. Type it exactly like this. - Look for “Team Updated.”
That means you’re in. Let your tournament host know, and you’re done.

Not on TeamLinkt yet?
Set up your team first, then do the five steps.
- Go to app.teamlinkt.com and create an account.
The Team Manager should do this, so you’re the admin.
- Create your team.
- Add your players and staff.
The roster you build here is what shows on your game sheets.
- Now do the five steps above to join our league.
Every team sets up its own team in TeamLinkt. The Lamplighter Committee can’t create or manage your team for you. If you get stuck on the TeamLinkt side, TeamLinkt’s help centre is the quickest fix.
After you’ve joined
What happens next
Nothing else to do in TeamLinkt until game day.
- We place your team in your tournament.
- Your games show up on your TeamLinkt calendar
once the schedule is published.
- Each game’s game-sheet code appears in TeamLinkt 24 hours before the game.
- On game day, your scorekeeper opens games.teamlinkt.com

Good to know
Before you ask
Why do we have to join?
For 2026–27, every sanctioned tournament game is scored on a TeamLinkt digital game sheet, not paper. That’s a Hockey Calgary requirement. A game sheet can only be made for your team once your team is in our league.
Does everyone on the team need to do this?
No. One person, the Team Manager (or a TeamLinkt admin), joins the team once. Players and parents do nothing.
Does this replace the Lamplighter roster form?
No. Every team still submits its roster, staff and logo at lamplighterserieshockey.ca/roster. That feeds swag, awards and your handbook. TeamLinkt is for the game sheets.
The code isn’t working.
Check three things: you’re on app.teamlinkt.com in a web browser (not the app), you’re an admin for the team, and the code is axZDjxZh exactly, capitals included. Still stuck? Email tournaments@glenlakehockey.com.
